Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find HALFLIFE, and tap Cancel Subscription. Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple.

Can I restart my plan?

Yes. Go to Settings > Adjust Taper Pace in the app. You can change your pace or restart at any time.

Is HALFLIFE medical advice?

No. HALFLIFE provides general wellness information based on published medical guidelines from the Cleveland Clinic and Mayo Clinic. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical advice.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all data from our servers.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Your plan, daily budget, timer, and symptom predictions all work without internet. Data syncs when you're back online.

How accurate is the caffeine timer?

It uses a standard medical model with an average half-life of 5.7 hours. The app adjusts for known factors like smoking and medications. Individual results vary — the range in the general population is 1.5 to 9.5 hours.
